Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can delete your SnapSell AI account and all associated data at any time by following the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the SnapSell AI mobile app:

Open SnapSell AI

Launch the SnapSell AI app on your device and make sure you are signed in.

Go to your Profile

Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Open Edit Profile

Tap Edit Profile to open your account settings.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom and tap the Delete Account button. You will be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, the deletion process begins immediately.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Account Information

Your email address, display name, profile photo, and authentication credentials.

Listings and Photos

All your product listings, original and AI-enhanced photos, generated videos, and descriptions.

Token Balance and Purchase History

Your remaining token balance and records of token purchases within SnapSell.

Preferences and App Data

Notification preferences, connected marketplace settings, saved locations, and all other app data tied to your account.

What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Any remaining token balance will be forfeited. Make sure to use or request a refund for unused tokens before deleting your account.

External marketplace listings

Listings published on external platforms (such as OLX, eBay, or Allegro) are managed by those platforms. Deleting your SnapSell account does not automatically remove listings from third-party marketplaces. Please remove those listings manually before deleting your account.

Stripe payment data

Payment information stored with our payment processor (Stripe) is handled according to Stripe's data retention policies. For details, see the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to delete your account through the app (for example, if you can no longer sign in), you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please include the email address associated with your account.

Request deletion by email

Send your request to privacy@snap-sell.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR requirements.
